Refund policy
We want you to love Heavenly Pops products. If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our products (frozen/perishable goods), we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.
However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:
* You received the wrong product
* Your order was damaged during delivery
* Your order was missing items
* Your order did not arrive as scheduled (when confirmed by courier)
To request assistance, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and order details.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
