By using the Heavenly Pops website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

* All products are subject to availability
* We reserve the right to update prices, products, and availability at any time
* Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full
* Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors (e.g. weather, courier delays)
* We are not liable for delays outside our control

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final except where products are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
